Feed the Stroke Survivors Families

A recovery period can push a household into financial and nutritional stress. Nutri Box helps stroke survivor families receive vegetables, fruits and staple food support so caregivers can focus on recovery, medication routines and children staying in school.

Beneficiaries: Stroke survivors and families adjusting to lost income, medical costs, and new care routines.

How it works: Families are identified through community referrals, health networks and partner organizations. Nutri Box verifies the household need, prepares food baskets and connects the family to one-time or monthly sponsors.

Expected impact: Better household nutrition, reduced caregiver pressure, improved dignity and more stable meals during a difficult recovery season.

Feed a Family Program

The Feed a Family Program gives donors a simple way to support fresh, nutritious food access for households that cannot consistently afford vegetables, fruits and balanced meals.

Beneficiaries: Low-income families, children, older adults, and vulnerable households facing food insecurity.

How it works: Supporters sponsor food packages, Nutri Box sources and rescues safe produce, and community teams organize distribution with basic follow-up.

Expected impact: More fresh food on family tables, improved nutrition variety and a practical link between donors and households that need support.

Fresh Gardens Initiative

Fresh Gardens turns nutrition support into long-term capacity. Schools, youth groups and community centers learn to grow vegetables and herbs while building pride, responsibility and food skills.

Beneficiaries: Youth groups, schools, community centers, orphanages, and families ready to grow their own nutritious food.

How it works: Nutri Box coordinates garden planning, seeds, tools, farmer mentorship, youth sessions and simple harvest tracking.

Expected impact: Stronger food resilience, practical youth engagement and a local source of fresh produce for schools and community programs.
